Contact form not working with SPECIFIC people

Only sometimes does the contact form work. Unfortunately the owner of the company is one of them. Only some customers does it not work for either. It works fine for me.

Which browser did they use?

Also, is did you test it with all of the plugins disabled? (leave just the CF7 plugin enabled) - do not forget about clearing the cache.

Solved!!! It was the messenger chat plugin. I deactivated it, and all of a sudden everything works.
