Unable to install crucial built-in plugins

Hello,
After install the Betheme, I'm trying to install all the plugins, But I'm unable to install 3 of theme: Layer Slider, Slider Revolution & WPBakery Page Builder.
Every time I try it's stuck on "Unpacking the package…".
I tried to delete everything including the DB and clean up the site from the start - but it's still doesn't work.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

So, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Be sure that your theme is set to Parent.

Also, can you contact your hosting provider and ask him about some logs? It looks like the problem with the hosting provider.

i did all plugin disabled and clear cache .. and still couldn't install the 3 plugins.

so i sent mail to the hosting to see if he can help me.

can i get this 3 plugins or can i get new Puck  to download and to install again the BeTheme?

will appear, that means you have to connect to your server via FTP and remove that folder which exists.

In your case its the js_composer.

Also, please install these plugins one by one.

Reinstalling BeTheme is not a solution here, because it's just connecting to our API and unpacking the package, which is not a fully betheme work, but PHP itself.

If that problem will still appear,
Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact
form which is on the right side at
http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what
might be the reason.
