License Manager not Working

I deregistered my license on an old temp site, deleted the theme folder and the temporary domain. I'm still unable to activate my current purchase code on my new site. It's giving me the same error message, although the site nor the database exist anymore. I tried to use this link, http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, and it's not showing any of the BeTheme licenses I purchased from themeforest so I believe the link is no good.

Please help. Thank you!

If our license tool tells you, that this license key is not used anywhere, then you can use your license key and register it somewhere.

Hi, 
It's not telling me anything. I have 3 licenses and I get this error message with every single one. "{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}" and then when I try and register it on my site...it gives me this error message "Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: zmh.20e............." BUT it's already been deregistered and that temp site deleted and removed. I called GoDaddy and made sure they removed and deleted it and the associated information. Not sure why the license is still telling me it's tied up.
