Muffin Builder not saving

I have updated theme to newest version and on my home page I am not able to save.  When I click publish everything I added is lost. 

I went through forum and spoke with my hosting company about having enough memory, etc as I saw in forum answer.  They said they updated everything to help such as memory, but I am still not able to save

Is there anything else I can check: http://dualpaywebbiz.com/

Hi,

this happen because of low value for max_input_vars variable on server side. Please contact with your server administrator and ask about variable change to 5000 or even 10000.

It could also be happening if you're using IE. I had to switch to Chrome to use this theme originally. See my original post http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1630/can-t-change-header-style-options#latest
