1) Your "Active Link background" was the same as the background of your website, so if it was highlighted, then it was not visible, because it highlighted it with the color of your background.
After changing it to other color (I changed it to red) then it started to be visible.
2) The "Underline" or "Line below Menu" style of menu is not working with the headers which have the borders on them on beginning. That's because double border would be applied and we blocked that option.
If you would use menu like "Transparent", then this kind of style will work flaweless.
