Social Icons on Action Bar don´t Show

Hello!

I have a problem with the social icons on Action Bar i set up, But it doesn´t show when i log out from Wordpress dashboard, if iam logged in Than the icons show, but if i log me out from wordpress they doesn´t show? here my site: www.arkin.at
