Hey,

please do this:

1. Disable all plugins

2. Update Betheme and Wordpress to the newest version

3. If you have the newest Wordpress version, please re-install it. You will find this option in wordpress>dashboard>updates

4. Make sure your PHP version is 7.0 or higher.
