Muffin Builder not working since migration

I built my site on a temporary URL and when moved to a live site I am unable to use Muffin Builder. I have deregistered the theme from the temp site and have applied it to the live site. However, I am unable to click on the edit button (pencil icon) of any of the elements. In the lower corner the link reveals javascript:void(0). Any suggestion as to why this happened or what I need to do fix since I am currently unable to edit the content of the site.
