How to remove Catagories from Main Page but not from Portfolio itself?

Hello, is it possible to remove categories from a main page where Item: Portfolio is being used?

It's not possible.

Categories are the basic functionality of the wordpress and it cannot be removed.

You would have to edit a lot of wordpress files to achieve that, but unfortunately, we do not provide such kind of modifications.
