How to move the sliders?

Hello Muffingroup theme, how do I move the sliders arrows to the middle of the screen? I've added screenshot to it: http://prntscr.com/orl0ba

Hello,

It's not possible with using the Theme Options.

It has to be changed with the Custom CSS code, this is the only way to achieve that.
