Actually it is there but you have to scroll way down so there is a huge green header above it on mobile..

Hello,

That huge green header is actually the "Revolution Slider" slide

You should disable it for mobile, I mean - if  you don't want to display it on mobile you should insert it as a "Slider Plugin" item, not in the dropdown menu in the page options.
