Alt text are not showing at the images on pages

Hi,

I have already used the Alt text for the images on this page :https://www.jdmwebtechnologies.com/web-development-company-india.html

However they are not showing, could you check the reason?

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, try to attach the alt tag in Media > Library once more, but with all of the plugins disabled.

I already have implemented Alt text in media>Library.

First should i disable all plugins then clear the cache and the again enable those plugins?

Hello,

Few of your images has the "alt" tag filled.

I choosed one of them on "MuffTest" page and it works fine.

I do not see the problem - be sure that you filled the alt tag in Media > Liberary.

Its not working fine even we have filled the alt text in Media > Liberary

it has alt text in media > liberary however it is not showing. 

For your consideration you can check at the admin section.

The problem is related to your HTML problems on that page you sent.

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html
errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

You'll notice the HTML errors in firefox, they will be colored red.

Also, you should upload images which does not havee the alt tag provided once more

I noticed, that it's all working fine after uploading it and attaching the alt tag again.

It will take lots of time, I have implement alt txt on all the images while creating website.

There hundreds of images whom alt text already there but on web pages it is not showing at all.

Could you please look deeply ? what are the alternatives

There are more than 2000 images on the website, those all images have alt text, however they are not getting visible in source code of the pages.

There must be an issue, please look into this as remove media files around 2k and adding again won't be possible.

Please tell me, did you move your website from hosting to hosting?

Wordpress while uploading the image creates a record in the database and while moving it from hosting to hosting you could corrupt the database connection.

If you did it, please tell me, is there option to duplicate this website once more?

yes, we moved the website in hostgator from shared hosting to wordpress hosting, now it is again on the shared hosting of hostgator.

Please fix the issue friend.

It's migrating all of the database connections without any problems.

No, alt tags working when we adding a new images, however we have recently build this website compelety and the existing images alt tags are not showing.

You are a Betheme expert, I know you can do it with your expertise.

If it's related to not copied database correctly - we can do nothing about it.

You told us, that you migrated the website from other hosting "moved the website in hostgator from shared hosting to wordpress hosting" - and you didn't use the "Duplicator" plugin.

So, this migrator lost your database records (including alt tags) which were provided while uploading the image.

If you cannot migrate it once more, from primary hosting (where alt tags were working fine), then our hands are tied.

It's not problem with a BeTheme, but whole wordpress database.
