I select the masonry option to show products, but do not works. The shop page show products in 3 col grid. Can you help me?

are you using the page as the main shop page or did you insert a shop item into the builder?

You have to open the Wordpress customizer on the shop page and set the woocommerce image options, here is an example: https://pasteboard.co/IsX7VbE.png

They have to be uncropped, and one dimmension has to be set to a higher value.

Ofcourse if you inserted the images with the same dimmensions, it will not be possible. You have to have different sized images for that.
