E-Frame within the Theme does not work

Hi there, I integrated an e-frame on https://www.ins-zentrum.ch/termine-vereinbaren/.

Now it seems that within the e-frame I cannot scroll the page any longer. I asked the company who are creating the e-frames (https://www.etermin.net/en)

They said the problem should be within the betheme template - I sent you with a private message the link of the e-frame.

Can you help me with this issue?

Hello,

What do you mean by "E-Frame"? There is no element like this in HTML.

There is "I-Frame" - of course, and to attach it, you have to insert the HTML code of it in the "Column" item inside the Muffin Builder.

sorry, yes I meant I-Frame.....and insert it into the frame but you cannot scroll it....regards Tanja

Hello,

please go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and disable nice scroll.

Your theme version is also very outdated, if this does not help, you should update to the newest version.

Hi there, how do i update the theme? I did so far all updates and it tells me "all up to date" but it is still in version 17.8.5, thx, Tanja

Hey,

if you are using a theme that old, you will have to update it manually. After this, you will be able to update it from your dashboard.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
