Existing Font my client is requesting to add black stroke how to do it??

The only change I can do is color of the font so that words can be seen clearly but since client is complaining and wants to add black stroke to the font, how can you make this possible?

Our client wants to make the font look like the above google drive link I sent.

Unfortunately, that's not possible with the Basic CSS - you would have to use the image to achieve that, but in subheader you cannot insert it.
