Social Menu Top doesn't show up

After last update, my Social Menu Top disappeared on customcandleco.com 

I disabled the plug-ins still same. Also I created new menu and defined as Social Menu Top | depth 1, still doesn't show-up.

Could you help me please?

Hello,

If you want to display your Social Menu Top, you have to turn on the "Action Bar' feature first.

It's in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar.
