Search & Replacing Database at Launch Misses Image Links

When I develop a new site, it's typically built at an IP address on a new host. Then at launch, after pointing the DNS to my new host, I have to search the database for the IP address and replace it with the domain name. The problem is that the SEARCH & REPLACE misses most or all the image paths assigned inside the theme settings and builder. This means I have to manually visit every page and re-assign the image paths to match the domain path.

Is there a way to avoid this?

It's like Search & Replace, but it's working with BeTheme fine.
