FOOTER PHONE & MAIL

Hi,

I have a question about footer. When I open the web page on my mobile phone I scroll down to the footer. I want to make a call when I click on phone number also I want to send an e-mail when I click on e-mail address. I want to make it redirect me. Is this possible? If it is how can I do this?
