Yes, that possible but only with the "Fixed" header type.

Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

Hello Lena,

there is sadly no option in the theme that would allow you o have the action bar sticky.

You can only set the fixed header style.

5 years ago u answered "we will think about the sticky action bar", still doesnt implemented >.<

It is only possible with the "Fixed Header", clients didn't ask for that feature a lot.

Also, it would require a lot of HTML changes of our theme files (of top_bar) which we do not want to touch because it could create a lot of unwanted changes on thousands of websites which are using the BeTheme.
