Your server is blocking connection to API serve

Upon your instruction, I inquired Hosting Provider. 

However, they are asking us to provide IP adress in order to see if the Hosting Provider is blocking the server IP of Theme. What shall I do?

Hello,

We do not block any connections and we cannot provide the IP adress due to the security reasons.

It's all about your hosting provider, he should recognize the problem and solve it.

If he is not able to do it, then all what we can suggest is changing the hosting provider services.
