Sidebar not working on Single post pages after Theme update.

I updated the theme of our website.

After the update the sidebar on the post pages are not visible anymore.

I tried to make new sidebars in theme options.

And I added again the menu and html in widget.

But the sidebar not shows up.

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

Ok that worked.

Weird that after updating the theme, this changed.

Isn't it logical that selecting Left sidebar in blog sidebar settings also works?

I'm sure there is a logical explanation for it.

Notice, that you selected the direction of sidebar on Theme Options > Sidebars, but you didn't provide the name of the sidebar which should be used there.

And the order of display is more important on theme options than page options and it was overwriting the options from page. (Blank space was the name of sidebar, even if sidebar was selected in page options)

I hope it's understandable.

Few months ago we updated the sidebar behavior and it's one of the 'logical fixes' we had to provide.
