So, the "Testimonials" item must be 1/1 - there is no way to shrink it.
Also, you can use the "Shortcodes" from that page https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash/ into the widgets, but not all of them will work properly, because few of them (like Testimonials) must have some amount of the space.
Of course, the "Testimonials" will work in the widget, but it will look really funny and you will have to make a lot of CSS changes to make it look 'good'.
