Bug with Action Bar

Hi,

My friend reviewed my site, on and his Macbook, there seems to be a bug with the action bar. The video is in French, but here it is: [Links visible only for registered users]. You can the action bar bugging at the beginning of the video. It kind of hide sometimes.

I hope it's fixable.
