License Issue

I had installed the BeTheme on a test site that needed to be deleted to start over since changing pre-built websites wouldn't load from the theme. That site the theme was linked to never went live, is dleted and now that I'm trying to use it again on a new 2nd staging site it says the purchased code is active on a deleted temporary site. 

Please help me get my current product code active again
