inconsistent row spaces

I set the height and width of the portfolio images. each portfolio section on my site has different spacing between the rows. Also, the portfolio images are still different heights.

Also, your images are equal height, only the rows are not the same, that's why:

yes- because I set the height and width with css otherwise it doesn't work.
