Theme installation problem

Hello,

I installed Be theme, 

however I'm having problems with child theme "the IT theme" 

also WPBakery Page Builder is not installing

Its giving me a "ZIPArchive required" error. 

GoDaddy doesnt want to help with this issue.

Can you please help.

Hello,

Please go to the BeTheme > Sysstem Status (also, the ZipArchive status is available in Betheme > Dashboard, BeTheme > System Status does not have ziparchive status, so please check it in dashboard)

If there is something shining red (in Server Environment), you should contact your hosting provider, if he is not able to help you, all you can do is chaning the hosting provider.

Our hands are tied in that case.
