Problem with pre-built sites option

I got this message in Wordpress admin panel when I try to launch the prebuilt sites option: Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.

Can you help me please.

Hello,

Remember, that your account must have admin rights.

Also, be sure that you didn't disable the "pre-built websites" option.

You can check it in Theme Options > Global > Advanced
