Good afternoon,

We are using your theme to build a website ( https://www.ringteacher.com/nueva-web/ ), and we are trying to change some things to optimize SEO. For this, there are parts of the theme like footer titles or testimonial titles which have preset a certain heading level. For example, footer titles and testimonial names are both h4 headings. 

Is there any posibility to change the hierarchy or to remove the heading and change it to paragraph or other?

Hello,

Unfortunately, that's not possible. (Only few items can change the heading, but only to other types of heading)

To achieve that, you would have to edit theme files - which unfortunately, we do not support.
