Hey,

sorry but this is not possible in the default portfolio template. You would have to switch to the builder template and build the whole single portfolio page only with the Muffin Builder.

what is the custom layout id option under the theme options?

there has to be a way- there are 60 products and I can't manually change them at this point

There you can apply your "Custom Layout"(other header, logo etc.).

How to make it? Just get in the "Layout" tab in Wordpress Dashboard.
