Increasing PHP time limit and PHP Max Input Vars

Hi,

I recently bought your theme. Once uploading the theme to Wordpress, I found out that PHP time limit and PHP max input vars are lower than required.

I tried looking up several Youtube videos on how to increase the limits for both. I tried creating a .user.ini file, user.ini file and php.ini file with scripts.

Unfortunately nothing has been working for me as the limits are still below the required ones in the system status.

I took the help of my hosting provider but even the php.ini solution they provided didn't work.

So I would be really glad if you can show me how I can increase the limits for Betheme in particular.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

i have already tray this one : php_value max_input_vars 5000

but i have internal server error 

please give me solution of this

The "Internal Server Erorr" is not related to the "max input vars" value.

It's usually the problem connected with some third-party plugins or customizations of the theme.

Please, disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue exists.

If you cannot get into the /wp-admin page, please disable your plugins in this way:
