Is there any codes I can use to display the social icons with the way they look in the Action Bar/Footer - https://prnt.sc/p3ojbc?

For example, if I wanted to have the facebook icon separate from the other social icons.

That's not possible.

Alternatively, you can attach the "Icon Bar" shortcode in the widgets of the footer.
