Icons are showing a square box instead of the icon. Specifically Linkedin isn't working.

If you check out http://avancoleadership.dreamhosters.com on the Action Bar is a square on the right. That links to Linkedin. It should be the linkedin icon but it's showing as a square.

Hi,

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server.

More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.
