I bought a license last year, the site was online and everything was fine. For reasons of distraction, we have neither renewed nor hosted nor lost anything. Now that we want to redo the site, an error appears saying that the license is already in use on denteex.it which is precisely the expired site that no longer exists today.

How can I recover the license?
