Two pre-built websites showing up on my site at the same time.

I uploaded one pre-built site to edit. I then changed my mind and uploaded a different pre-built site. Now when I look at my website I see a page that combines the two pre-built sites????

I have tried to use a plug in to reset my wordpress but wordpress won't allow the plugins to be activated.

Does anyone know how i can delete everything and start again on this project?
