Disable admin bar

How do I disable the Wordpress Admin Bar.

I tried using a plugin, a code directly into functions.php (show_admin_bar(false);) and nothing works

I cant find any option in the Theme Options either.

Why do you want to disable it?

It's visible only for admins of the page, nobody else can see it.
