Theme registration

I have a question about BeTheme. I purchased BeTheme for a client several years ago. The regular license we purchased includes future updates. However, under BeTheme Dashboard, Welcome tab, it says I need to register our theme. I am trying to follow the instructions to find our purchase code, but I can't find it.

Where can I find my purchase code?

Copy Item Purchase Code

I have downloaded our purchase, but I'm stuck at #3. There is no License Certificate in the download. I would like to continue to get theme updates, per our licensing purchase. How do I register our theme?

Hello Amanda,

In this case, if you don't see your license key (but you purchase it), you should contact the "Envato"/"Themeforest" support.

We do not handle with providing the license keys - we only help with the theme problems or questions which are about the BeTheme.

They are only one who can help you with that.
