accordion shortcode : Hide title and center + and - icon

Can you help me with this ? :
I'm trying to change accordion style
- hide accordion title ( this solution works, so it's ok. [accordion_item title="<br>"] )
- keep "+" and "-" icon visible
- center +" and "-" icon visible in div title (question and answer)

if you want to hide whole title section and move +/- icons somewhere else to be visible, then it's not possible because whole shortcode must be rebuilt.
