submenu: take time finding right section

I created the website using one of the pre-built themes.

Here are questions:

1. when the "home" page is clicked, before the front image(footage) is shown, there is 1-2 sec showing the image below. 

2. when I clicked the sub menus from the top menu bar or from the footer section, it take 2-3 sec to find the right section. And while going to the right section, the monitor shows me the images up and down. ex) if i click "step up" from the program menu, the screen is moving up and down before showing the step up section. 

Please help me to fix them.

Hello Grace,

It's because your images are still loading and the system scrolls to the wrong direction (it calculates the scroll height while your images are not loaded)

What we can suggest in this case, is to compress images or just use some kind of pre-loading plugin.
