Updating problem with layerslider
Hello,
As the same of many people here, I have a big problem with Layerslider updating. I have just one licence in one computer (Betheme), but impossible to have updates. I have the same message all the time : "update Package not available". We had tranfered my licence of one computer to mine with your team, because, somebody help me to build my website with another computer, but she gives me my licence. but it's not working. I have lots of problems with layerslider, and I don't now how to do to fix them. Could you help me ?

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
