Problems with colors submenu on Mobile

Hi There,

Can you tell me how to change the colors from the submenu on mobile & desktop? I use header builder and the colors are the same as desktop in the builder but if I look at the preview it's not the same?

All of the colors are available to change in the header builder plugin.
