For information the "Header background" color  (betheme/Theme Option/Colors/Header/Header background) still has an effect even if HeaderBuilder plugin is active.

Please make it available for change

Workaround: deactivate the HeaderBuilder plugin, change the color as needed, reactivate the HeaderBuilder plugin

But, you can change the "Header" background color in Muffin Header Builder and it's more important in css, so it will overwrite the theme options.
