Change initial font color "Header Transparent"

Good morning.
Betheme theme, transparent header selected by options.

Do you know how to change the initial color of the items (font) in the menu? At the scroll the nav turns white and creates contrast but initially with the transparent nav the texts are too dark.

It's a "Link color" and "Active Link color" in the Theme Options > Colors > Menu
