Zoom on Android Mobile

I am building a website, stc.growthclient.com, and for some reason people on android phones are not able to pinch zoom on the site. Do you know how to fix this?

That option is available to turn on in the Theme Options > Responsive > General

After enabling it, it should be turned on all of the pages.
