betheme has 5 Footer panels, how do I remove example Footer 4 and Footer 5 so the space will adjust on the screen. Removing the content wont do since the space for Footer 4 and Footer 5 still show.

Hello,

You can change the "Layout" of the footer in the Theme Options > Footer

And adjust the space on the left and right by adding proper padding value.
