do you mean you want to have multiple main portfolio pages? This is not possible because things like portfolio, blog etc. are Wordpress Custom Post Types which have to have a main page, and there can only be one.
It is best to create a main portfolio page and then create normal pages where you insert the portfolio item from the Muffin Builder to display only one category. But if you want to show multiple categories on those pages then it will be not possible to do.
