Check YOUR LICENSE

Hello.

I have a betheme license registered on themeforest. Now this license is on use for 3 years.

When i go to path in wordpress:  Betheme --> Dashboard --> Welcome  shows up "Your theme is registered."

But on "CHECK YOUR LICENSE" he asked me for purchase  code and username from themeforest.

I tipe it and it shows up:

{"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}

Someone knows whats going on? I get my purchase code on themeforest website.

Hello,

you mean that you have inserted this key and registered the theme in your Betheme dashboard? Please try to deregister it from your dashboard and register it again.

It could also take an hour to update so please do not worry if your key does not show immediately.
