Fresh install cant install plugins

I have spent 4 hours trying to install slider revolution. You say its bundled with eh the theme but i cant install it gives me an error.Z

here is the text all the plugins that are "packaged" with your theme are located.

i have to finish this  entire website by thursday and I CANT EVEN INSTALL THE DAMN THING

Hi,

Please contact your hosting provider and check if the current PHP version on your server has CURL enabled. This is a hosting issue.

Curl was the answer. Ironically it was enabled but not FULLY downloaded. Thanks for the quick response!
