Video Auto play audio on

Good Muffin Equipment Group,

I'm having a small problem with mp4 video which is on the main page of my client, the video plays automatically but the problem is that the audio goes off !! and I can not find the option to play the video with audio enabled ...

please help to give a solution to this problem, thanks
