Editor In Apperances Missing

How do I get access to the Editor in Apperances.

When I use wp-congif file editor I get the Theme Editor which is no use to me.

I need the Editor to get the the header file and remove Google Analytics and tag manager code...

Hello,

we do not change or modify any of the elements in the Wordpress editor. Please disable all of your plugins and check again, it should be one of them. Are you using an admin accound?
