Muffin Builder BeTheme Updating Issue

Recently, I have been having issues with Muffin Builder updating within the page (www.nc3.net). I am able to make edits and save the changes. I can also update the page, however, I cannot see the changes when I go to view the page. If I click on View the Page, I am able to see the changes have been made, but it doesn't show up on the live page.

In reading the other discussions, I have updated the server information including setting the php_value max_input_vars to 10000. So everything from the server side is good, but still experiencing issues. Please help.

  • Hi,

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
    1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
    2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
    3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please also try to disable all of your plugins.
    thanks
  • Here is the requested information.

I will also disable all plugins to test. Thanks.
  • Hey,
it looks like the information is fine. The hosting enviroment is sufficient and the theme should be working fine. I think I should take a look in myself and check it out. Please send your wp-admin login credentials.
Please send this information privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.

  • Thank you Bryan! I sent it.

  • Hey Jeff,
after inspecting your theme, I found that I cannot access the plugins tab at all.
I suggest you disable all of your plugins and check again if this issue appears when the plugins are deactivated.
    thanks
  • Bryan - That is strange. I disabled all of the plugins and no change. Any other suggestions? I am also unable to update the theme. Do you think that would help? Can you update the theme?

    Jeff
  • I tried to update your theme and indeed, it is not working.
But, the error message means, that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the
license manager to handle your license keys:
    http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered
on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and
deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key
is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your
domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your
theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) -
remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

    thanks
  • I was able to update the theme and all of the plugins (after I disabled them during the process), but am still unable to update my pages. Any other suggestions?
  • So, I reinstalled your WP and disabled all of the plugins - the problem still appear.
But, I switched to the 'twentynineteen' theme and this same happened - so, the problem is probably related to your hosting provider.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about that problem, also, ask him about taking a look at the logs.

    Thanks
  • Pablo,

Thank you. The web hosting provider is working on a fix right now.
